Service scope
MSDS Bharat provides MSDS/SDS documentation support for product categories shown on the website. Final scope depends on product details, composition, hazard information and available supporting data.
Turnaround
The usual turnaround shown on the website is 24–48 hours after complete product details and payment are received. Delays can occur if composition, product data, hazard information or clarification is pending.
Pricing and payment
The standard displayed fee is ₹4,399 per product unless a different scope is confirmed before payment. Any additional requirement should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Refund policy
Because MSDS/SDS preparation is a customised documentation service, payments are generally non-refundable once drafting or review work has started. If work has not started, refund eligibility may be reviewed case by case.
Accuracy of product details
The customer is responsible for sharing correct product names, composition, ingredients, intended use, packaging and available technical details. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the document output.
No government guarantee
An MSDS/SDS document helps present safety and transport information in a structured format. Acceptance by a courier, marketplace, customs team, buyer or authority depends on their own review and requirements.
