Service scope
The flat ₹3,999 service covers one digital 16-section MSDS/SDS for one defined product and formulation. Preparation is based on the product identity, composition context, physical form, intended use, packaging, destination and supporting information supplied for that formulation. Section 14 transport information is included where applicable to the available data and stated use case.
What is outside the standard scope
The standard fee does not include laboratory testing, sample collection, test-result certification, product registration, government approval, legal opinion, translation or guaranteed third-party acceptance. A distinct formulation is a separate product scope at the same flat ₹3,999 price.
Turnaround
The usual turnaround is 24–48 hours after complete product details, required clarification and payment are received. The clock does not start with the first enquiry. It may pause if composition, physical-property, hazard, packaging, destination or other information needed for the document remains pending.
Pricing and payment
The displayed fee is ₹3,999 for one defined product and formulation. Two separately defined products or formulations submitted together cost ₹6,999. Pricing for three or more is confirmed after reviewing the number of products, their similarity and the available data. The product count, formulation count, package eligibility and intended use should be confirmed before payment so the order scope is clear.
Refund policy
MSDS/SDS preparation is a customised documentation service. A payment is generally non-refundable once requirement review, source-data assessment, drafting or document review has started. If work has not started, or if there is a duplicate payment, a refund request may be reviewed against the payment and work records. Approved refunds may be reduced only by non-recoverable payment-processing charges where applicable.
Accuracy of product details
The customer is responsible for sharing correct product names, formulation or composition ranges, ingredients, intended use, physical form, packaging, destination and available technical details. The output can only be as reliable as the information supplied. Missing, inaccurate or changed information may require clarification or a new scope.
Revisions and corrections
A factual correction request is reviewed against the information originally submitted and the agreed scope. A changed formulation, additional product, new language, materially different destination requirement or new testing need is not a correction to the original file and is handled as a separate scope.
Use and third-party review
The delivered document is for the product and formulation identified in it and should not be reused for a different formulation. An MSDS/SDS presents safety and transport information in a structured format; acceptance by a courier, marketplace, customs team, buyer or authority depends on that party’s own current rules and review. The service is not a government approval or an acceptance guarantee.
