Standard international SDS authoring starts at $99 per SDS for the agreed English-language scope, with free in-scope revisions and confidentiality handling. Complex formulations or unusual evidence gaps may require additional review before scope is confirmed.
A standalone written classification rationale is $150. New laboratory testing, translations, rushed turnaround, certifications and supplementary regulatory filings are separate if required. A completed SDS is not a certificate of government approval or a promise that a marketplace or carrier will accept a submission.
Frequently asked questions
Will a 16-section SDS clear customs on its own?
Not necessarily. Import and transport authorities may require additional product-specific paperwork.
Can the SDS use broad ingredient concentration ranges?
Applicable disclosure rules may permit supported ranges or trade-secret provisions in certain circumstances. The preparer still needs the underlying accurate composition for classification.
Is a supplier SDS sufficient for a different finished product?
Not automatically. The mixture composition, supplier identity and finished material hazards need review.
Will the SDS be accepted by a marketplace or carrier?
Acceptance is decided by the receiving organization. A technically consistent document helps, but approval cannot be guaranteed.
